The Ripening [preconception] path is, in essence, the flowering of Self. It is the conscious budding of awakening ourselves to our Spirit Babies. We are more than just the vessel, we are the co-creators of life itself. As we begin to dream up our babies, we must begin to create space for expansion. We must learn the ways in which we fully receive. It is a journey of deep spirit work that encompasses rituals, practices, and intuitive attunement. This is self-care beyond a bubble bath and beyond rigid discipline. This is self-care rooted in rest, play, and softness. The Ripening lays the ground for your pillars of health and vitality that will continue to hold you through your pregnancy, birth and your forever postpartum. This is your flowering of forever.

The Rebirth [pregnancy and birth] path will never leave one as it found them. Through the ever-changing seasons of Matrescence, we experience the births and even the deaths of our many cycles. This is an initiation so profound and so pivotal, it should be experienced with warmth and the tenderness of sweet support. I am here to hold you in the stretches and sit with you in the fires of your pregnancy and birth. I’m here to reassure you that it does not need to look or feel one way. There is space for every shade of emotion, even those deep feelings buried in the shadows. I am here to witness you and hold you through it all; to offer you comfort in the way that you desire.

Together, we will navigate the each season of your pregnancy, and each stage of your birth. This is tailored experience created to serve everyone uniquely. The Return [postpartum] path, is the wintering of body, heart, mind and soul. It is grounded in hibernation and restoration; a slow return to self. The 4th trimester, the ‘sitting month, the golden month, however you define it, is a quaint bubble where time slows, and blurs; where the intention is set on connection and healing. There is no rush, my dear. I am here to hold the container, to help you hush out the noise, and to hold you first, while you hold baby. This is the time to mother the mother. To nourish with warm foods, warm hugs, and soul-warming chats. If your bed is your altar, that is where I will serve you. If you need to feel the flow of water, let me run you an herbal bath; give you some deep rest while I care for your little; run small errands; do light housework; Together, we unravel how you’d like to receive through it all. Allow me to lighten your load, and lighten your life.

The Restoration [forever support] is an offering for, well. forever. Just as the transitions from maiden to mother, birth, and postpartum, you also deserve support for the many transitions of life; whether you are 20 years postpartum or a never-before parent, we all need to be nurtured at times. As with my other offerings, together we shape the way in which you’d like to uniquely receive with the ultimate intention of nourishing and restoring you at the core. Perhaps it is for me to gently remind you, that you do not need to ever justify needing some help. It is your right to call upon your aids, whatever season you are in.

No time zone, radius or oceans between us can keep me from supporting you. The Reach [doula on dial] is founded on the groundwork of all my other abundant offerings, but is fulfilled through the magic of the internet. With the use of zoom and instant messaging, we explore 1:1 sessions, guided practices and rituals, 24/7 messaging access, and even live video-call birth support. Created to hold you in every season, The Reach is my warm extension to you, wherever you are in the world.
